内容：
美容魔法(一)在月圆的夜晚，带着镜子出门(如果你不能出去，也可在家里打开窗户，但请确定镜子能反映出月亮)，选一些影星的照片(发质、嘴唇、眼睛，认何你想变的跟他一样的部位)，把照片放在镜子上，并对它们集中精神说：月光、星光，让风带来你们的光采，让你们的光辉覆盖我的身体，让我的容光闪耀每个人的眼睛。

说三次咒语，开始把注意力放到你想改变的部位，同样也说三次：月光、星光，塑造并改变我的形体，像玫瑰一样被授与美丽，让我在你们的光华中开放，光茫带给我美丽，并授与我至高的美丽啊。

当咒法完成时，请点燃粉红蜡烛或熏香，以答谢月光及星光。

(注)咒语原文：<第一段>“Moonshine，Starlight，let the wind carry your light，let your glow cover my body，and let your shine cover every eye。

“<第二段>“Moonshine，Starlight，shape and mold my body，as a rose is granted beauty，let me blossom in your light，the light that brings me beauty，and grant me beauty three times three“美容魔法(二)请准备下列材料：一瑰色石英石、六片玫瑰花瓣、一瓶女巫榛(witch hazel)<注>注视镜中你的脸及脸上的缺陷，想象你的脸变为你渴望的样子，用瑰色石英轻轻摩擦你想改变的地方，并吟诵：“Stone of Beauty，Stone of Love，Erase imperfection as I rub，Bring to me the face I see，As I will so mote it be！

“打开装女巫榛的罐子，把瑰色石英嵌入其中。

用右手拿着玫瑰花瓣并吟唱：“Venus，One of beauty rare。

I offer you these petals fair。

Bless them with your lovelinessand bring the beauty I request。

“将花瓣揉烂、揉碎，放入女巫榛中，紧紧地盖上盖子，每天好好的摇它六下，持续一个礼拜。

完成后，每天洗完脸，就用它涂在脸上，边涂边说：“Imperfections，go away。

Beauty of Venus，come forth this day。

”<注>榛是树的一种，但女巫榛可能是指特殊处理过的魔法用品。

so mote it be是在保护咒后面常加的一句，有加强魔力的作用。

念时还是念英文好，因为它都有押韵，中文没办法表现。

译文如下：“Stone of Beauty，Stone of Love，美之石，爱之石Erase imperfection as I rub，当我擦拭时消去我的缺陷Bring to me the face I see，给我我所渴望的面容As I will so mote it be！

“当我将微如尘埃“Venus，One of beauty rare。

维纳斯，稀世之美I offer you these petals fair。

我将花瓣祭给你Bless them with your loveliness请用爱对它们带来祝福and bring the beauty I request。
